About the Role
Linsco Recruitment are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a social housing regeneration scheme in Coventry. The role involves managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Requirements

Valid Black CSCS Card & SMSTS qualification
Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within social housing or regeneration projects
Valid First Aid at Work & Asbestos Awareness certifications
Full UK Driving Licence
Strong organisational and communication skills
Able to provide work references from previous employers
