Assistant Site Manager - New Build Housing

We're currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Assistant Site Manager to join a leading residential developer on a new build housing site in Queensferry. You'll be supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day operations on a busy, live site delivering high-quality 2, 3 and 4-bed homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing trades and subcontractors on site
- Ensure homes are built to a high standard and in line with NHBC and H&S regulations
- Support in driving the build programme to meet targets and deadlines
- Carry out quality checks, snagging, and ensure a clean, safe working environment
- Liaise with customers and maintain a professional, approachable presence
- Complete daily site paperwork, toolbox talks, inductions and reporting
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new build housing
- Up-to-date CSCS card
- SMSTS
- First Aid certificate
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using tablets, site management systems, and completing reports
