​How have you found your first few weeks at Linsco?

My first few weeks at Linsco have been good. I feel like I'm learning something new everyday which is good becuase it also makes it like no 2 days are the same. Now that I have my own account, I really like getting to know my clients and candidates and building bonds with them.

What is your role and what does it entail?

I am an Associate Consultant on the East Midlands team, this entails many things such as; finding temps to supply to various sites for different clients, sales calls and daily admin.

What have you enjoyed the most?

I would say I have enjoyed going out on site, I went out with last week and met some of my own clients which was nice to put a face to the name! I have also enjoyed getting to know everyone in the office.

Lastly what are you ambitions here at Linsco?

My ambition is to keep growing the amount of temps I have out everyday. Sitting next to Beth has really encouraged me, by seeing the amount of temps she has working for her has given me the motivation to do the same.
