Site Manager - Night Shifts
Location: Longbridge
Start Date: 4th August
Shift Pattern: 4 x consecutive night shifts

We're looking for an experienced and reliable Site Manager to oversee night works on a construction project in Longbridge. This short-term contract will involve managing trades, overseeing site safety, and ensuring all night-time operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all subcontractor activity during night shifts
  • Ensure health & safety protocols are strictly followed
  • Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks as required
  • Maintain accurate site records and progress reports
  • Liaise with the project team to ensure smooth handover to day staff

Requirements:

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
  • Previous experience managing construction works at night
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
