Associate Director Specialising in Construction, Fit Out

After stumbling into recruitment at a young age, I started my recruitment career in 2003 with Linsco recruitment, starting out in a candidate resource role sourcing candidates for all trades and labour roles across the midlands. After a few years I had a temporary change and then re-joined in 2007 working as a sales consultant where I was responsible for building both client and candidate bases and providing all temporary management, trades and labour staff across various parts of the country. After a few years I moved teams to set up the key accounts team, focusing on the growth and management of key clients and continuing to provide all levels of temporary management, trades and labour staff.

In my spare time I enjoy supporting my kids with their sporting dreams, which include Dancing, Football and Rugby. I also enjoy a good night out with friends!

My role as Associate Director will be to continue leading the key accounts division at Linsco, building on and developing both new and existing relationships with both clients and candidates. In addition to leading the key accounts team I will be involved with the management and leadership of the other teams at Linsco, looking to add my experience in helping our staff to progress and grow with the company and maintaining the high levels of service for both clients and candidates.
