Site Manager

Start Date: 23/06/2025

Linsco are looking for an experienced Site Manager in Boston, Lincolnshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong management background on hospital projects, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality.

You will be based on site 75% of the time using a tablet to log stages of the build across 4 different platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all on-site activities, ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Supervise subcontractors, trades, and site operatives.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safeguarding protocols.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities as required.
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

✅ SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
✅ Previous experience working for a main contractor
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to coordinate multiple trades and work to tight deadlines.

Pay is £280 per day umbrella paye
