Delivering exceptional quality across commercial, high-end residential and rail projects, they continue to grow and reinforce their reputation as a contractor of choice for demanding projects.
On the back of this continued success, the company are seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead and oversee projects involving stonework, brickwork, masonry, and façade installations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. With a long-term and high profile project around the Lincoln area coming up, the ideal candidate would be in commutable distance of this location.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site activities, coordinating trades and subcontractors.
- Oversee the installation of stonework, brickwork, masonry, and façade elements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Monitor progress against programme, budgets, and quality requirements.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers.
- Conduct site inspections and produce progress reports.
- Resolve technical and operational issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site or Senior Site Manager
- Ideally have previous experience in stonework, brickwork, masonry, or façade projects.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes and building regulations.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades effectively.
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- First Aid at Work (desirable).
- CSCS Card (management level preferred).
