Recruitment Resourcer
Salary - £21,000-£24,000
Join our team in Nottingham city centre as a recruitment resourcer! We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to support our busy trades and labour team in registering candidates and filling bookings efficiently. If you have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, this role is perfect for you!
Key resourcer responsibilities
- Database management: Maintain and update our candidate database daily, recording accurate information on candidate requirements and availability. Ensure all legal documentation is up-to-date and complete, including chasing references and right to work.
- Candidate interviews: Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews; assist candidates in completing application forms and verifying documents.
- On boarding support: check in new starters in the absence of a consultant, re-fill temporary positions, and follow up with workers who have not arrived on site.
- Job matching: Match temporary workers to suitable positions, assess public transport feasibility, and provide clear and accurate directions to candidates.
- Advertising and response handling: Advertise job openings and manage responses, ensuring effective communication with potential candidates.
- Client interaction: Handle client queries in the absence of consultants, providing prompt and effective solutions
- Certification and documentation: Update qualifications, acquire necessary documents, and obtain training certificates.
- General support: Perform any other duties as required to support the team
