Job Title: Temporary Finishing Manager - New Build Care Home
Location: Bridlington
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager for a temporary assignment to oversee the final stages of a new build care home project. This role requires someone to start immediately, ensuring the highest quality of finishes and that all final tasks are completed on time.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate finishing works, ensuring high-quality standards
- Manage trades and subcontractors on-site, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely
- Conduct quality checks, snagging, and handovers, ensuring all work aligns with project specifications
- Work closely with site managers and project teams to address any issues promptly
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on similar new build projects
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS, 1st Aid
