Job Title: Finishing Site Manager
Location: Belper
Project: Hospital
Rate: £260-£280 per day
We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Site Manager to join a team on a hospital project in Belper, overseeing the final stages of the build through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site
- Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
- Managing snagging lists and quality control
- Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
- Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
- Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finishing Site Manager on healthcare, commercial, or similar projects
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates
- Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
