Finishing Manager

Linsco are looking for a finishing manager in the Telford area. The project is an extra care scheme will accommodate 70 affordable apartments comprising 20 one-bedroom apartments and 50 two-bedroom apartments for those aged 55 years or over.
Thirty of the two-bedroom apartments will be dedicated for social rent, with the remainder available for shared-ownership.
The residential development site comprises a 3-storey building that has accommodation split across all three floors and the main communal areas located on the Ground Floor. These communal facilities include a residents' lounge, a café/bistro and communal gardens. The café/bistro and an on-site hair salon will also be available for use by the wider local community.
Previous experience needed and will be using Field View system.
