Finishing Manager

Linsco are currently recruiting for a Finishing Manager for a client of ours for Spa Park in Leamington for circa 8 weeks (possibly longer). Spa Park, Phase 3 & 4, Tachbrook Drive, Leamington Spa.
This person needs to be a 'project driver'. Either general build or residential finishing background. They need to be the right personality to drive the job on. It's not an office / paperwork type role - it's a site pusher type role. Candidate will be first on site at 7am and the last off. If people are gone by 4.30 then this is fine but if they are staying later then they must stay with them!
Start tomorrow if possible or Friday ideally.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS/ SSSTS
- First Aid (optional)
