Finishing Foreman

Rate Negotiable - NO CIS

Linsco have a fantastic new opportunity for a site manager to join one of our clients in the Newport area. Work to start on 23rd March for work until the end of October.

The ideal candidate needs to have experience working in flats and be responsible for the internal and externals- there are three blocks, each block has 6 units, currently one block has 1st fixing started and the other two is planned for next week to start. The external work will consist of balconies, hard and soft landscaping.



Experience

  • SMSTS/ SSSTS
  • 1st Aid (optional)
  • CSCS
