Key Responsibilities:
- Develop meticulous and competitive cost estimates for a variety of commercial projects.
- Analyse complex tender documents and specifications to identify key cost drivers.
- Negotiate and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations to secure the best value.
- Maintain and develop a comprehensive cost database for future projects.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential cost risks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating processes and best practices.
