Linsco are currently recruiting for a Document Controller in the Shrewsbury area.
Ideal Candidate:
- 4P (Viewpoint experience)Uploading Data / Printing off drawings
- Working within Site Offices ( Cabins )
- The Reception is on level 1 (Stairs)
- 08:00am - 16:30pm Monday - Friday working hours
- Taking Notes in Meetings / Typing up meeting minutes
- Greeting clients / visitors at reception making them feel comfortable / make them a drink whilst waiting to see management
- Assisting Project Manager were required with documents / uploads and keeping records up to date within site files
- Booking in meetings / sorting out lunch and refreshments
