Freelance Site Manager
Location: Grantham
Start Date: March 2025
Duration: 4 Weeks - 1 week Days, 3 week Night Shifts

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to work across son a project in Grantham managing earthworks for a new access road. This will be one week on day shifts and 3 weeks on Nights.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring the project progresses as scheduled.
Maintain high standards of quality and finish, adhering to the client's expectations.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers effectively.
Ensure all works are completed in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage Earthworks sub-contractor

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (essential).
Ability to handle challenges and problem-solve on-site.
