Linsco are looking for an Administrator to start work for a reputable client of ours. You will be working within the Customer Service team based at the Leicester Head Office. This is a key role within the business, supporting the day-to-day operations of our aftercare and snagging service.

Start date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Log and track customer service issues and snagging items accurately on internal systems.
  • Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to organise works.
  • Monitor and manage the snagging list, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items.
  • Respond to customer emails, providing clear and helpful updates or information.
  • Maintain accurate records and files relating to customer issues and resolutions.
  • Prepare regular reports for the Customer Service Directors, highlighting any recurring issues or trends.
  • Support the wider customer care team with administrative tasks as required.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment (experience in construction or housing sector advantageous).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
