Linsco require a Site Manager to start work on a new build student accommodation in Leeds. The steel frame construction is now underway.
You will be responsible for managing all on-site activities related to the construction of a new build student accommodation, ensuring that the project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for the new build student accommodation project.
- Ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Manage site resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Coordinate the delivery and use of materials and equipment on site.
- Maintain accurate records of resources used.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise on site.
- Implement effective solutions to maintain project progress.
- Ensure minimal disruption to project timelines.
