Site Manager - Permanent Role

Linsco are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a client of ours to work on Regeneration projects (commercial refurbishments). Located centrally in Nottinghamshire but working nationwide. Candidate MUST be willing to lodge away if necessary and travel.
Our purpose is to breathe new life into existing buildings through renovation and modernisation. Working in both the
public and private sectors, our collaborative and sustainable approach has resulted in the development of long-term relationships with existing clients.
Ideal Candidate:
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Previous experience with commercial refurbishment projects
