As a Construction Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities related to the construction of building facades. Your primary responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and maintaining a high standard of workmanship. You will collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to guarantee the successful execution of facade construction projects.
What You'll Do
- Project Oversight: Supervise and manage all on-site activities related to facade construction projects, ensuring they align with project specifications and timelines - 9 story building.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, fostering a culture of safety among on-site personnel.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards by conducting regular inspections, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring that work meets design and construction specifications.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication among project team members, addressing concerns, and providing regular progress updates to project management and stakeholders.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of on-site activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and any deviations from the original project plan.
- Client Interaction: Interface with clients as needed, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
