Site Administrator

Nottingham

Rate Negotiable

Linsco are recruiting for a candidate who is responsible for all site administration, supporting the Commercial and Delivery departments ensuring all administration roles are performed efficiently.

Candidates MUST have FULL Sharepoint experience. Candidate must have administrator experience and have a knowledge of managing the ordering of plant and materials, dealing with deliveries etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration on site.
  • Assist with material and plant orders, processing supplier delivery dockets and invoices.
  • Distribute files and emails as required.
  • Perform general office duties as directed by Site Management.
  • Management of the site SharePoint system, uploading and downloading of documents and keeping a breakdown of all documents stored on SharePoint.
  • Management of documents issued from the Client, downloaded and shared within the site team.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Manage site visitors and access through the gate into Toton STW.
  • Assist in obtaining quotations for materials and plant as per full requirements, specifications and delivery instructions.
  • Ensure all quotes are saved in the job folder.
  • Follow up on any order queries relating to deliveries or other and liaise between suppliers and site contracts.
  • Maintain stock levels for office supplies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the construction industry essential
  • Office administration experience essential
  • Organised with a disciplined approach to work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good computer skills, including use of Microsoft Word, Excel and SharePoint
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels within and outside the organisation
