Linsco is an independently owned recruitment agency with over 45 years of experience specialising in the construction industry. We are currently recruiting for a senior / principal consultant to fill a pivotal role within our company. In this position, you will be instrumental in driving our growth and success.
Your primary responsibility will be to run an established Trades & Labour desk within our award-winning East Midlands construction team based from our new premises in Nottingham city centre. This desk benefits from a strong existing client base; however, we are looking for someone who can also add to this desk based on their experience and knowledge.
As a senior / principal consultant, you will be expected to continue developing our own client base while acquiring new business and building existing relationships. You will also set the example as you naturally become a mentor for those around you.
About you:
- Previous / existing recruitment experience at a Consultant or Senior level is essential
- A strong desire to set an example and succeed
- You should be driven to advance within the business - a clear career path is available to the right candidate
- Strong interpersonal abilities are a must
Responsibilities:
- Managing a busy trades and labour desk, working alongside an established Trades & labour team and also a team of Directors
- Foster and expand established business relationships across the East Midlands region
- Responsible for any reporting requirements on the team
- Collaborate with the Directors to set targets and establish sales strategies
This role is split between site and our Head Office in Nottingham
Salaries & benefits
Salary range: £32,000 to £40,000 per year + car allowance + medical + commission structure available from Day 1 + Christmas break on us! + sales incentives
