Full job description
Requirements:
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost forecasting and budget control
- Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures
- Review contractor invoices and verify quantities and prices
- Prepare progress reports and cost analysis for management
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities.
- Analyse project specifications and drawings to determine material and labour.
- Tender Estimates for new & Existing works.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
- Proficient in cost estimating software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Cost control: Ability to monitor project costs and implement effective cost control measures.
