Recruitment Apprentice

Salary - £15,000 per annum

Role Overview:

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Recruitment Consultant to join our new build Housing team. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who are keen to kick-start a career in recruitment and grow within a supportive and energetic team. You'll gain valuable hands-on experience and professional skills through on-the-job training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Building strong searching techniques via a range of platforms such as, social media, our database, direct phone calls.
  • Client Interaction: Support in managing client relationships and understanding their hiring needs.
  • Recruitment Process: Help with screening candidates and ensuring they're compliant for work, reviewing candidates certificates and qualifications and matching this to the job description.
  • Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the recruitment process.
  • Online Portals: Online Portals - Timesheet uploads and submission, candidate engagement and monitoring vacancies that come through to the portal.

What We're Looking For:

  • Passion for Recruitment: A genuine interest in recruitment and a desire to build a career in this field.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and candidates. Confident over the phone and having a good phone manner.
  • Organisational Abilities: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute positively to the work environment.
  • IT Proficiency: Competent computer skills and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
