Project Manager

Linsco are currently recruiting for a project manager in the Tewksbury area. ASAP start for 17 weeks work.
Ideally looking for someone from a main contractor background as we will be the principal contractor. A strip and re-sheet project so roofing experience would be ideal but more important they are used to acting as principal contractor.
Will be stand alone on site with visits / support from the office, looking after site setup, scaffold installation and managing roof install. Circa 8 man gang doing the roofing.
Ideal Candidate:
- 1st Aid
- CSCS
- SMSTS
