Linsco are an independently owned recruitment agency with over 45 years’ experience specialising in the construction industry – we are due to move into brand new premises in Nottingham this coming Autumn which will create an amazing environment to work from and also socialise with fellow employees.
What you’ll do:
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates
Develop innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates
Collaborate with a talented team of Consultant’s to achieve shared goals
Stay updated on what is happening in the industry in order to win continued new business
We are looking for:
Proven experience as a recruitment consultant (does not need to be industry specific)
Natural leaders with high standards
Confident and natural communicators
The determination to be successful
What we offer:
Competitive salaries – for experienced candidates our salaries are negotiable depending on your experience & what you can bring to our business. However, as a guide you can look to receive a salary ranging from £30,000 to £42,500 at a Principal level plus commission
Our commission structure is uncapped and paid out from Day 1 – no waiting whilst in probation
