M&E Manager

Linsco are currently recruiting for a M&E Manager within the Derby area. Start ASAP for 20 weeks.
New build student accommodation, candidate will be required to take control of the Electrical and Mechanical package and take control of receiving and ordering materials and ensuring these are installed correctly, liaising and guiding the M&E operatives on site.
The candidate MUST have M&E experience.
Requirements-
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- 1st Aid
- M&E background
