Linsco is an independently owned recruitment agency with over 45 years of expertise in the construction industry. Our head office is located in Nottingham in modern offices, just a stone's throw from the train station.

At Linsco, we provide blue- and white-collar recruitment, with our weekly payroll exceeding 1000 candidates. Our client base is diverse, spanning various sectors such as commercial construction, housing, facilities management (FM), and civil engineering. Currently, we have a well-established blue-collar housing team operating from our head office. In order to bridge the gap in the permanent sector, we are actively seeking someone to join our team and help grow the division. We are currently dealing with some of the largest PLC housing contractors across the UK. This presents an excellent opportunity for the right person to further their career in the housing industry.

What you'll do:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Collaborate with a talented team of consultants to achieve shared goals.
  • Book your own meetings with clients.
  • Pre-screen candidates to ensure they are the right fit for the job.

Your objective will be to establish a loyal client base and position yourself as their trusted partner for business growth, assisting them in achieving their objectives. In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, starting from the initial screening calls with potential candidates all the way through to successfully closing deals.

  • Confident and natural communicators
  • The determination to be successful
  • Ideally, someone with experience in sales or recruitment (in any sector)
  • A person with drive and tenacity
  • Someone who enjoys not only communicating over the phone but also meeting clients in person

What we offer:

  • Competitive salaries: for experienced candidates, our salaries are negotiable depending on your experience and what you can bring to our business. However, as a guide, you can expect to receive a salary starting from £25,000 + (negotiable depending on experience)
