About the role:
- Working on-call for emergency maintenance issues
- Clearing gutters
- Painting/Decorating
- General building maintenance
- Shifting furniture/equipment
- Minor plumbing & carpentry works
- Changing lightbulbs & ensuring other fixtures are in good working order
- Clearing/cleaning general areas
- Permanent work
Requirements for the position are:
- Previous Handyman experience (1 years' minimum)
- Own tools
- References upon request from previous employers
- DBS Certificate
