The Job:
Fabrication Foreman
Ilkeston
4 Day week - Monday - Thursday 39 hours
£33,500 per annul (£16.50 per hour)
Overtime available at a premium
Duties:
80% on the tools 20% non production based work
Responsible for the teams work - manage your team, ensuring quality, time allocation and delivery is achieved.
Carry out plating and welding work
Hold 1 to 1's with your team members
Lead by example
Quality checking your own and others work
Guide other staff members
MIG Welding on steel and aluminium
Essential Requirements
Must be an experienced fabricator / plater
Must be able to confidently fabricate and weld
Qualified or time served
Willingness to progress to team leader
