Domestic Surveyor

Linsco are currently recruiting for an experienced surveyor to undertake repairs surveys in domestic properties.
The candidate will need to be self-motivated and have the ability to act upon their own initiative, have excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and have good attention to detail.
Duties: To visit properties and compile a schedule of work based on the information supplied by the client. Works to be costed using schedules of rates codes to provide quotations to the client. Liaise with clients as required.
We are looking for someone long term.
The person will be based in our office in Hucknall. The area we cover is down to Northampton and up to Sheffield / Doncaster.
Mileage allowance or van supplied.
