Temp to Permanent Position

Linsco are recruiting for experienced Customer Care Coordinators to join our clients thriving team. They are a 5 Star, Top Ten, Housing Developer based in the Warwickshire area.

As a Customer Care Coordinator you will be responsible for;

  • Being the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints and responsible to escalating to the correct departments
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, site managers and sub-contractors to ensure work is carried out in a reasonable timeframe
  • Allocate and scheduler jobs to a team of in-house operatives
  • Ensuring great aftercare is given by personally following up with customers * Sending out the customer satisfaction survey
  • Updating in house systems To be successful in the role you must have previous experience of working for a Housing Developer and a good understanding of NHBC regulations.

In return you will be joining a great team in a growing company and receive a salary of up to £25,000 plus benefits once permament.
