Contracts Manager - Roofing & Cladding
Location: Derbyshire based
Salary: Up to £55,000 based on experience

About the Role:
As Contracts Manager, you will oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will ensure that all operations run smoothly, safely, and in accordance with specification and programme requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts across a portfolio of roofing and cladding projects.
- Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and environmental standards.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and inspections.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the cladding and/or roofing industry.
- Strong knowledge of façade systems, rainscreen cladding, built-up systems, and flat or pitched roofing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, CDM regulations, and project financials.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.
