SITE MANAGER ROOFING & CLADDING -
* Oversee the day to day running of various site
* Control and implement health and safety on site
* Manage quality control and progressive handovers of installation
* Co-ordinate site activities in line with programme sequence
* Schedule materials and deliveries in adequate time
* Attend progress meetings
* Oversee projects from start through to completion, ensuring works are completed on time
* Manage record keeping for all contract related correspondence and documentation
* Provide contract related issue resolution, both internally and externally
* Demonstrate negotiation and problem solving
* Excellent verbal communication skills Requirements for applicant:
* Ideal candidate will have a proven record of progression within a construction company
* Cladding installation experience with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role
* Full understanding of scheduling material and organising installation teams
* Excellent health and safety management
* SMSTS
* Full Driving license
* Conflict resolution/communication skills
* Must be computer literate
