As Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Learn the ropes of the recruitment process from experienced mentors
Assist in candidate sourcing, screening and interviews
Develop client relationship building skills
Gain exposure to a wide range of industries and roles
Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve recruitment goals
We are looking for:
No prior recruitment experience needed
Enthusiasm, ambition and a strong work ethic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
