Location: Nottingham City Centre
Full-Time / Permanent - 35 hours
Are you an organised, detailed orientated individual with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a proactive Administrator to join our team ensuring full regulatory compliance across the recruitment process
What you'll do:
- Provide efficient administrative support to our recruitment teams
- Managing compliance checks via our onboarding portal - right-to-work checks, internal audits
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Liaising with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience
What we're looking for?:
- Previous experience in an administrative or recruitment support role
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, can do attitude
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Comfortable with technology / systems / online portals
