What is your role? And what does it entail?
"My role within Linsco is an administrator working alongside my colleagues Sophie, Scarlett & Gracie. I offer support to the consultants to ensure all starters are set up for payment. I also complete daily audits to make sure Linsco are fully compliant."

How have you found your first few months?
"I am currently really enjoying working at Linsco, the whole team are welcoming and friendly. My manager Sophie and the Admin Team have made me feel a massive part within the business in such a short space of time."

What have you enjoyed the most?
"I have enjoyed taking part in the activities Linsco have to offer, including a team building event which was at Nottinghasm Escape rooms. I have also informed new friendships and work relationships with my colleagues. Since joining Linsco I have had to learn new tasks and skills which is developing my knowledge within the team which I have also enjoyed."

Lastly what are your ambitions here at Linsco?
"My ambitions at Linsco are to become successful within the business and to be able to pass my knowledge across to new members of the team/company."
