What is your role and what does it entail?
I'm an Associate Recruitment Consultant. I work within the Yorkshire team where I supply blue collar trades and labour to sites.
How have you found your first few months at Linsco?
My first few months at Linsco have been very different to what I have been used to in my previous work. They have been fast paced which I have loved and I have learned so much already. All of the team at Linsco have been very welcoming which has made it easy to settle in and find my feet.
What have you enjoyed the most?
So far, I have really enjoyed going out on site visits and meeting the clients that I speak to on a regular basis. It is always nice to put names to faces.
What are your ambitions here at Linsco?
I would like to work my way to becoming a senior consultant within the company, running an established desk and have built good relationships with clients and temps.
