Summary:
Linsco are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a client of ours in the Wrexham area, to support their Major Projects team which delivers across MOJ, Education, Healthcare and other commercial client portfolios. This position is based at a HMP Facility in Wrexham, which has a strong pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Motivating and supervising workers and subcontractors
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
- Monitoring build costs and project progress
- Buying materials for each phase of the project
- Conducting quality and safety inspections
- Working on-site in all weathers, at clients' businesses or in a site office
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous commercial site experience
- Industry recognised building trade qualification
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- SC Clearance
- Full UK driving license
