Linsco are currently looking for a Site Manager for a client of ours in the Castle Donnington area, must have shed experience. 12 Months work with opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate after. Start date 6th June
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in sheds
- Live local, own transport & clean driving licence
- Able to work alone, Experience of running projects as the only manager on site
- Knowledge of use of laptop, document keeping, reports, quality control
- Knowledge of superstructure and internal quality finishes, any services knowledge.
- Experience of dealing with clients/Clerk of works/building control/Stats
- Experience of control with sub-contractors and direct labour
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- 1st Aid
