Rate Negotiable - NO CIS
Linsco are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a client of ours in the Preston area on a new build housing development. 23rd Jan start for work until 14th March 2023.
- 07:30 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday
- 07:30 to 16:00 Fridays
- Saturdays as requested
Duties to involve:
To manage of works on site, managing quality, safety, and pace to ensure that projects and work is completed on time to the required standard. To hold responsibility for tasks within the development / project as delegated by the Project Manager.
Ideal Candidate:
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Previous experience/ New build housing background
