Junior Quantity Surveyor

Linsco are currently recruiting for a Junior Quantity Surveyor or a client of ours in the Birmingham area
Ideal Candidate:
- Raise and control P.O. number system
- Log all new trade/ labour/ plant/ materials with a P.O, onto invoicing data base (spreadsheet currently but potential move to software)
- Check all company details, account numbers, payment dates on a weekly basis for payments throughout the month
- Upload payments onto Zero for weekly payment runs
- Be both site and office based to liaise with Construction Manager and Operation Director
- Produce drawing packs for site teams
- Issue bio site logging in numbers with new site members
- Produce site document files
- Maintain planning/ building control pre-occupation trackers
- Produce completion/ handover packs
