Linsco are looking to recruit a finishing foreman for a bespoke type house builder, have around 9 live sites and houses cost from 400k-1.2 Mill. The candidate needs to live around Warwickshire/ Gloucestershire area ideally as would be based across multiple sites. Housing experience essential. ASAP start for temp to perm opportunity!!
- CSCS
- SMSTS/ SSSTS
- 1st Aid (not essential)
- Experience in housing
