Purpose of Role:
Linsco are currently recruiting for a Compliance Manager. This is a great opportunity for an experienced FM Compliance Manager to manage health and safety and compliance at the Princess Royal Hospital in Orpington.
The FM Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring we are contractual complicit across our hard facilities operation.They will coordinate and advise on Internal and External reporting, Audits, Operating Procedures and Planning, additionally mitigating contractual risk and ensuring compliance against all service specifications and contract deliverables. A proactive approach to ensuring compliance will be essential along with sound knowledge of Health Technical Memorandums (HTM's) developed from previous experience in Healthcare.
