Linsco are currently looking for a Clerk of Works for our client in the Nottingham area. This is a social housing project and will involve; designing, building and fitting an offsite manufactured integrated external wall insulation and Roof cassette system for some bungalows.
Duties:
- The clerk of works will assist as liaison to the client and check that the enabling works are correct
- Closely track costs for the Bungalows
Qualifications:
- CSCS Card (Preferable)
- Membership to ICWCI (Preferable)
