Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Office based Liverpool with site visits - NW, Yorkshire, Lincolnshire
Salary up to £42k all in
2 years min experience, (housing/residential preferred)
Working hours 9.00 am - 5.00pm Mon - Fri
Reporting to the Commercial Manager / Directors
Bespoke new build and refurbishment/conversion projects - housing, apartments, student accommodation plus other sectors
QS qualification required HNC/HND/Degree
Main Functions
Budgets and estimates
Supply chain enquiries, analysis, orders, payments, final accounts
Supply chain payments and measure monitors
Take offs Funder draw down applications, meet on site, address queries
Variation controls
CVR's
Materials scheduling and purchase
Labour only payments Supply chain relations
Site meetings
Assist with risk and claims management
Utility coordination Use of company accounting system
Use of Microsoft Office applications
Use of digital take off system
Weekly payments schedule
