What is your role? And what does it entail?
My role as Associate Consultant for the permanent division. I’m instructed identify suitable candidates for clients in Facilities Management positions. I’m expected to manage this process from start to finish. Also, new business development and client account management is another crucial facet to my role.
How have you found your first few months at Linsco?
I have found my first few months very enjoyable. As I’m relatively new to recruitment, elements have been challenging but I have relished overcoming these hurdles, with the support of the team
What have you enjoyed most?
The most enjoyable part of my role so far is the reward of placing a candidate into a permanent position as you engage with people in different circumstances. Helping others has been a core value throughout my working career.
Lastly what are your ambitions here at Linsco?
My ambitions are to grow the permanent division, being an integral part of the operation. Also, I would like to rank up to a senior position in the future.
