What is your role? And what does it entail?

Recruitment Consultant for Trades and Labour in the West Midlands – supplying the best candidates possible via networking and marketing techniques. Alongside this, my aim is to build relationships with my clients by communicating and fulfilling their labour needs to the best of my ability.

How have you found your first few months at Linsco?

I feel like I have settled well, each week is motivating to achieve more for myself and my team. The team being welcoming and friendly makes bad days a little easier

What have you enjoyed most?

Being part of a team that enjoys watching everyone grow. Meeting new people. The challenges have also allowed me to learn a lot about myself and how I overcome problems.

Lastly what are your ambitions here at Linsco?

Personally, to contribute to the growth of my account and my team, overcome challenges and continue to be generous when it comes to helping others.
