Job Title: Steel Frame Site Engineer
Location: Rochdale
Rate: £300-£400 per day
Linsco is currently seeking a skilled Steel Frame Site Engineer for a project in the Rochdale area. This project involves the construction of a large steel-framed warehouse. We are looking for candidates with experience in building steel frame structures, particularly sheds.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the construction of a large steel-framed warehouse.
- Ensure that all steel frame structures are built according to specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the project team to coordinate activities and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and the quality of work.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the construction team as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and progress updates.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Steel Frame Site Engineer, with a focus on building steel frame structures.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Own engineer kit preferred.
