Linsco are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager for an exciting project in Leyland. Our client are building a large steel-framed warehouse, and your experience could be a perfect fit for this role.
Key Requirements:
- SMSTS Certification
- First Aid Certification
- CSCS Certification
- Previous experience with steel frame shed construction
- Background in commercial/industrial projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the project from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project budget, schedule, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
- Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and senior management.
